About Parallelbutskew Fitness

The name Parallelbutskew implies that not all fitness / health journeys are equal or the same. Each person’s progress goes up and then it comes back down, and it’s completely natural (contrary to what the fitness industry wants you to believe)!

No fitness or health journey is flawless or without struggles, but when you have a coach who can provide you tools to adapt and overcome any roadblocks your fitness journey throws at you – that’s when things become easier and you get to see consistent progress.

Training has been my drug for the past decade, and I’ve started branching out and trying to help others experience the same benefits of fitness. I started doing this as I saw way too many people trying their best to follow a meal plan or a new fad diet and failing miserably – only to think of themselves as a failure when doing so.

If you’re curious how I’m able to maintain a low-ish Bodty Fat percentage, with absolutely no cardio, 2000 calories a day and only training 3 times a week, message me and I’ll help you.

Each training program uses various equipment and focuses on different aspects of fitness to ensure a well-rounded physique. The rest of the platform includes the various training options (strength based, fat-loss,performance and maintenance).

As well as full access to all the training methods I use (or have studied and applied) to stay in shape, stay confident and healthy regardless of what situations I’m put in – There’s also an entire section dedicated to nutrition.
